Stacey Paddock Malcolmson

President and CEO at The Senior Source

Stacey Paddock Malcolmson has extensive experience in the nonprofit and business sectors. Stacey has held positions in brand management at Frito-Lay and Bayer Consumer Care from 1999 to 1997 respectively. Stacey then worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston from 1992 to 1997. In 2006, they became the Executive Director of Alumni Giving and Relations at SMU, where they managed a team of nineteen employees and led the University's efforts to achieve a 25% alumni giving participation goal. From 2012 to 2017, they were the Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer at the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, where they managed a team of thirty-seven full-time employees and achieved a five-year revenue goal of $300 million. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Managing Director of Campaigns at Clarkson Davis, a management consulting firm serving nonprofit organizations in the North Texas region. Finally, they are currently the President and CEO of The Senior Source.

Stacey Paddock Malcolmson attended Harvard Business School from 1996 to 1997, where they earned an MBA in marketing. Stacey then attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Plan II degree in liberal arts. In 2014, they obtained a Certificate for Fundraising Excellence from CFRE International.
