Jesse Kook, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is an experienced HR professional with a diverse range of roles and achievements. Jesse currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at The Servion Group, where they oversee all HR functions. Prior to this, they were the Director of Human Resources at Jack Link's Protein Snacks, where they planned and led HR initiatives for the organization's SG&A functions in North America and Latin America. Jesse also had a significant tenure at DLR Group, where they held the positions of Head of Human Resources and Global Director of Talent Management and Development. During their time at DLR Group, they developed the talent strategy and HR function from scratch, resulting in improved engagement, performance, recruitment, leadership development, and succession planning. Jesse's previous experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Dedicated Logistics, Inc., where they guided talent management efforts and achieved significant cost savings through various HR initiatives. Before transitioning into the corporate world, they served as a Captain in the United States Army, holding multiple leadership positions and earning recognition for their performance. Jesse's qualifications include an MBA and certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Jesse Kook holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from Hamline University, which was obtained in 2010. Prior to that, Jesse completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Military Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2000. In terms of additional certifications, Jesse obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in January 2012. Additionally, Jesse completed the Disney's Selection Training and Engagement program, offered by the Disney Institute, in September 2011. Jesse is also certified as a SHRM-SCP, however, the month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
