Colin Dunn

Colin Dunn is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and team leadership. Currently serving as Routing Lead for the Mid-Atlantic Region at The Shade Store since November 2019, Colin has previously held roles as Routing Coordinator and Customer Care Specialist within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Ski Shop Technician at Hickory & Tweed from May 2018 to November 2019, where Colin excelled in tuning customer skis and maintaining equipment, as well as engaging with clients to recommend services. Colin also contributed as a seasonal salesman at Hickory & Tweed Ski & Cyclery from August 2013 to November 2019, selling high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, Colin coordinated events at Manhattan College from January 2016 to May 2019, managing audio-visual equipment for various college functions. Colin holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Manhattan University, obtained in 2019, and graduated from Horace Greeley High School in 2015.
