Justin Hoffman

Justin Hoffman has over 20 years of experience in technology and development roles. Justin is currently the Senior Vice President of Development at The Shade Store, where they lead a team of experts in providing custom window treatments. Prior to this, Justin served as the Director of Technology at ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services, where they provided data and information services to the global investment management industry. Before that, they were the Sr. Director of Development & CRM at 2U, a company that partners with universities to deliver digital education. Justin also held various roles at TheStreet.com, where they provided financial news and analysis to retail investors, and at Nielsen, where they oversaw the development of numerous B2B and B2C websites.

Justin Hoffman earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Hofstra University, which they attended from 1996 to 2000. In 1999, they also studied Graphic Design at the Courtauld Institute of Art, U. of London. Justin then pursued Advanced Web techniques, including CSS and JavaScript, at the School of Visual Arts from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications, including the Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud Service 2017 Certified Implementation Specialist from Oracle in March 2019, the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in June 2013, the ScrumMaster Certification from Scrum Alliance in April 2012, and the Sun Certified Advanced Java Programmer Certification from Sun Microsystems in February 2006.
