Kylagh Alavian

Kylagh Alavian is a seasoned design consultant at The Shade Store, with tenure since November 2016, specializing in custom window treatments for both residential and commercial projects. Kylagh has a strong collaborative approach, successfully managing retail locations in Newport Beach and Bridgeport Village. Prior experience includes serving as the David Yurman Business Manager at Bloomingdale's, where annual sales growth and brand integrity were prioritized, as well as a freelance interior designer at Openshop, focusing on space planning and construction drawings. Additionally, Kylagh held the role of Senior Interior Designer at Facilitech Interior Design, where innovation in design concepts and custom furniture development was key. Education includes a Bachelor of Design in Interior Design from OCAD University and a CAD/CAM Specialist certification from the Gemological Institute of America.
