Rena Franco has a diverse range of work experience in creative roles. Rena started their career at AGA Marketing & Design as a Graphic Design Intern, where they assisted with catalog creation and photo shoots. Rena then served as an Office Assistant at WASA/Studio A before transitioning to PPRB Marketing Inc. as a Graphic Design Intern, where they handled imprint creation and proofing. Rena then joined Lebowitz|Gould|Design, Inc. as a Graphic Design Intern and contributed to signage system creation and presentations. Rena later worked at The Mines Press, Inc. as an Iscream Designer, managing the production of retail products and implementing file organization systems.

Rena's career continued at Amscan, where they held two roles. First, as an Art Production Specialist, they oversaw file management for multiple art departments and ensured production requirements were met. Next, they became a Production Layout Artist, responsible for creating and updating mechanicals for a large-scale retail line of party goods.

Following their time at Amscan, Rena established their own business called Rena Franco Design. As the Creative Director and Sole Proprietor, they specialized in boutique branding and collateral for small businesses, as well as custom vector graphics and wedding invitations.

Currently, Rena is at The Shade Store, where they have held multiple roles. Rena started as a Senior Graphic Designer, collaborating with teams to meet company and showroom needs, and managing email marketing. Rena then became an Associate Manager, Creative Operations, overseeing the creative workflow and providing support to the creative team. Subsequently, Rena served as a Creative Production Manager, handling photo shoot production and managing relationships with vendors and printers. Rena is currently the Director, Creative Operations, leading a team and ensuring that all creative output aligns with the brand across various platforms.

Rena Franco completed their high school education at Croton Harmon High School from 2000 to 2004. Rena then attended Savannah College of Art and Design from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design.
