Heather C. Jackson

Heather C. Jackson is an accomplished professional in the fields of costume and makeup design, public relations, and communication within the theatre industry. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at Prince George's Community College since January 2025, Heather also works as a Publicist for the Shakespeare Theatre Company and has been a freelance Costume Designer since 2001, contributing to numerous prestigious organizations including Drury Lane, Everyman Theatre, and Maryland Opera Studio. Heather has held significant roles at Chesapeake Shakespeare Company as a Costume Designer since 2015, and previously worked as a Costume Coordinator for the Amazing Grace National Tour. Educational credentials include a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre/Design from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in English & Theater from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
