Earlier in their career, Rodriguez held positions such as Sales Manager at Time Warner Cable, Sales Marketing Management at PepsiCo, Brand Marketing Manager at Time Warner Cable Media, and Deloitte Consulting - Summer Scholar (Strategy) at Deloitte, where they focused on go-to-market strategy, acquisitions, and technology assessments. Anferni began their career as a Regional Sales Marketing Manager at Sprint, leading a team and establishing relationships with key customers and partners.

Anferni Rodriguez is currently pursuing a Phd in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at USC Marshall School of Business, with an expected completion in 2024. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.
