Kristiana Gingras

Kristiana Gingras serves as the Special Events and Annual Campaign Manager at The Shea Center since December 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Development Manager at Goodwill of Orange County, where over $2 million in fundraising was secured in 2022. In this role, Kristiana launched The Good Lunch event, enhanced attendance by 40%, and managed a significant grant portfolio. Earlier experience includes roles as a Development Assistant & Grant Relations, Special Events Fundraising Intern at the J.F. Shea Therapeutic Riding Center, and positions in retail management at Gap. Educationally, Kristiana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Societal Communication from Point Loma Nazarene University and participated in a study abroad program at Anglo-American University in Prague.
