Julie Floyd

Julie Floyd is the Vice President of Client Services at The Shelby Group. Julie has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Julie started their career as a PeopleSoft Financials Consultant at Ramos & Associates in 1996. In this role, they were responsible for project management, functional leadership, change management, and training. Julie moved to Cambridge Technology Partners in 1997 and took on a similar role as a Senior Consultant for PeopleSoft Financials implementations.

In 2000, Julie joined CCP Global as a Senior Consultant on Ariba implementations. In this role, they were responsible for project management, business / functional leadership, change management lead, and training. Julie remained at CCP Global until 2004 when they joined The Shelby Group.

Julie Floyd graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a degree in accounting. Julie then pursued a career in accounting, working for various accounting firms.

Julie Floyd reports to Jim Kandilas, CEO. They are on a team with Dave Nakai - VP Sales, High-Growth Sectors, Venkatachalapathi Madheswaran - Head, Engineering Technology, and Kelly A. Carpenter - Head, Procurement Operations.
