Gerald Kvortek

Gerald Kvortek has worked in the accounting and finance field since 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they were a Financial Analyst at Engauge Marketing, where they completed over $70M in client production and media billing and covered additional billing for 90 days following the attrition of two team members. In 2013, they moved to Moxie, where they served as a Billing Analyst and successfully completed the conversion of all client information from NetSuite to PeopleSoft following an acquisition. Gerald also completed over $20M in client billings and generated Purchase Orders. In 2015, they began working as a Clinical Education Report/Analytics Specialist at INC Research, where they managed key financial data across multiple clinical education programs, assisted with budget reconciliation, managed expense reimbursement payments, tracked hotel commission payments, and prepared Open Payments/Transparency reports. Since 2016, they have been the Business Manager and Staff Accountant at The Shipyard, where they are responsible for all client billing, reconciliation of WIP, and weekly AR reconciliation and collections.

Gerald Kvortek graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in both Urban Studies/Affairs and City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning. Gerald began their studies at the University of Pittsburgh in 1992.
