Wendy Sauré is the SVP Regional Market Leader West Region at The Siegfried Group. Wendy has over 20 years of experience in business coaching, training, and development.

Wendy started their career at E-Myth Worldwide, where they were responsible for training and developing employee business coaches, certifying and training global independent network of Certified E-Myth Consultants, and increasing the asset value & financial position of the company. In less than three years, they were able to increase EBITDA by 500% and grew revenue & business owner client base through innovative programs. Wendy then became the President / Chief Operating Officer where they were responsible for the creation and execution of the company vision, goals & strategies, financial performance & management, leading & developing team of 45, and ongoing systems improvement in primary business functions.

In 2001, Wendy left EMyth Worldwide to start their own company, Platinum Training & Consulting Services. As the Principal of Platinum Training & Consulting Services, Wendy provided design and advantaged third-party facilitation for leadership team strategic planning sessions and ongoing management and leadership development. Wendy continued to grow their client base and in 2011 they joined The Siegfried Group as the SVP Regional Market Leader West Region.

Wendy Sauré attended San Diego State University.

Their manager is Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CEO & Founder. They work with William H. Schieffer - EVP, Lisa Paulk - SVP, Regional Market Leader South Region, and George A. Siegfried - EVP.
