Nilesh Sawant

Nilesh Sawant has extensive experience working in the field of SAP consulting and finance. Nilesh is currently the SAP Finance Practice Director at TSP - The Silicon Partners Inc. Prior to this, they held roles such as Solution Manager at HCL America Inc. (Axon), Subject Matter Expert S4 HANA at HCL Technologies, and Platinum Consultant S4HANA FICO at KPIT. Nilesh also worked as a Principal SAP FICO Consultant at Fujitsu Consulting and held various consultant positions at Patni Computer Systems, CVS IT Services (I) Pvt Ltd, HP Global eBusiness Operations Pvt Ltd, Cybertech, and Atos Origin.

Nilesh Sawant has a diverse education history. Nilesh completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance at the University of Mumbai from 1990 to 1993. During the same period, they also pursued Associate's degrees in Advanced Audit, Accounting and Finance, and Taxation at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

From 1993 to 1997, Nilesh attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India again, where they earned another Associate's degree. Additionally, they studied at the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India from 1993 to 1996, obtaining a Graduate degree in Cost Management and Management Accounting.

In terms of certifications, Nilesh has obtained several from SAP. Nilesh became a SAP Digital Supplier Network Ambassador after completing the SAP Innovation & Advisory Knowledge program in June 2022. In March 2021, they acquired certification as a SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP S/4HANA for Management Accounting Associates and as a SAP Certified Application Professional in Financials in SAP S/4HANA for SAP ERP Finance Experts. Earlier, in August 2020, they earned a certification in Central Finance in SAP S/4HANA, and in May 2020, they obtained a certification as a SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates.
