Rebecca Martin is an experienced procurement and business development professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement at The Silver Spoon Company since August 2007, Rebecca oversees a team responsible for sourcing and implementing new product development under multiple brands, while managing budgets, cost-saving initiatives, and supply chain transparency. Previously held roles include Sourcing Development Manager at The Silver Spoon Company, Business Development Manager at Potter & Moore, and Buyer & Business Development Manager at Meller Beauty, where key accounts such as The Body Shop and Tesco Gift were managed. Rebecca began their career at Hotel Chocolat, advancing from Buying Assistant to Purchasing Manager, overseeing a significant purchasing budget and managing European third-party manufacturers. Rebecca holds a BA Hons degree in English & Communication Studies from Anglia Ruskin University.
