Who You Are:

• A dependable and professional Scrum Master with a background in project management, testing, or development.

• Experienced in Agile and Scrum practices.

• Skilled in managing software development life cycles and multidisciplinary teams.

• Proficient in developing performance metrics, product roadmaps, and effective communication.

• Agency experience preferred but not mandatory.

Your Role:

• Empower teams towards autonomy and self-organization.

• Guide the team in achieving set objectives, both as individuals and as a group.

• Ensure timely completion of tasks within budget.

• Act as a liaison between the product owner and the scrum team.

• Innovate and propose ideas for team and company growth and improvement.

• Champion scrum values throughout the organization.
