Newt Brainard

Newt Brainard has extensive experience in development and acquisition, with a focus on the real estate industry. Newt held several key positions throughout their career, including Vice President of Development and Acquisition at The Simon Konover Company from 2012 onwards. Prior to that, they served as Director of Acquisitions at Hamilton Point Investments, LLC from 2010 to 2011, and as a Development Consultant at READCO Portfolio from 2009 to 2010. Newt also served as Vice President of Development at Tarragon Development Corporation from 2005 to 2009, and as Vice President at The Simon Konover Company from 1997 to 2004.

Newt Brainard completed their Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Vermont, from the years 1986 to 1990. Later on, from 1995 to 1996, they pursued a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
