Andrew Waddell has a strong background in the construction industry, with a focus on estimating and commercial management. Andrew began their career in 2005 at Seymour Civil Engineering as an Estimator, where they worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2016, Andrew served as the Estimating Manager at Owen Pugh Group. In 2016, they joined Esh Group as a Senior Estimator and held that position until 2018. Andrew then moved on to JOHN HELLENS (CONTRACTS) LIMITED, where they worked as an Estimating Manager from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are employed at The Sirius Group, first as a Commercial Manager from 2020 to 2023, and now as a Commercial Director starting in 2023.
