Timothy Johnson

Timothy Johnson has over 10 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, and operations. In 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer of The Site™, a SaaS offering from Blue Yellow Green, LLC, and a Board Member. Timothy also established T M Johnson Strategic Services as a Creative Technologist, Innovation Leader, and Direct to Consumer Consultant. In 2021, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer of Pyer Moss.

Prior to this, Johnson was the Vice President of eCommerce, Marketing and Operations at Ligne Gris from 2011-2013, where they created the five-year business plan, built the back-end inventory, financial systems, and technology platforms, and planned, negotiated, and bought the initial product line. From 2013-2014, they were the Head of Global Digital and eCommerce at Bose Corporation, where they managed the global Direct to Consumer and Digital B2B Sales team internationally, rolled up 8 regional subsidiary organizations into a single, global omni-channel operation, rebranded to engage a younger, more digitally savvy consumer, and defined and launched new, responsive eCommerce websites.

From 2011-2013, Johnson was the Head of eCommerce and Marketing at Love Culture Inc, where they rebuilt and relaunched the fast-fashion retailer’s entire digital world and marketing team. From 2010-2011, they were the Director of eCommerce & Marketing Operations at Charlotte Russe, where they were tasked with elevating the brand experience for shoppers, reducing operations costs & timelines, and innovating technologies to support large-scale integrated consumer engagement campaigns. Lastly, from 2009-2010, Johnson was the Director of Technology & Production at Gray Circle, a television commercial production company, where they led technology used to run the business and to capture, translate, edit and exchange digital media.

Timothy Johnson attended Montana State University-Bozeman from 1986 to 1989, studying Mechanical Engineering. Timothy then attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 1990 to 1992, studying Computers. Finally, they attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2005 to 2006, studying Sculpture.
