Pranav Kumar Seerala

Pranav Kumar Seerala has over 14 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Pranav is currently working at The Six Semiconductor as a Senior Engineer since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Digital Design Engineer at the same company from June 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining The Six Semiconductor, Pranav worked at Axalta Coating Systems as a Technical Service Representative from October 2016 to June 2020. Pranav was responsible for troubleshooting and servicing chemical processes for industrial metal finishing applications.

From December 2014 to September 2016, Pranav served as a Technical Service Representative at MacDermid Performance Solutions. Pranav'srole involved troubleshooting and servicing chemical processes, designing experiments, and continuous improvement projects for electroless nickel, plating on plastics, and electrolytic nickel.

Pranav also worked at Centennial College as a Principal Investigator in the Applied Research & Innovation Centre from September 2013 to December 2014. Pranav led research projects with industry involvement, focusing on conceptualization, design, and analysis of a hybrid hydrogen IC engine and fuel cells system for power generation.

Pranav'sprevious experiences include an Integrated Masters Project on the fabrication of a passive direct methanol fuel cell and a teaching assistant role in Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Pranav also worked as a Research Assistant at the Department of Chemical Engg & Applied Chemistry, University of Toronto.

Pranav's work experience also includes a project on stochastic simulation of R&D process for optimizing capacities for pharmaceutical drug discovery at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Additionally, they had a summer trainee position at Carborundum Universal Limited.

Throughout their career, Pranav has gained extensive knowledge and skills in semiconductors, technical services, research, and chemical engineering.

Pranav Kumar Seerala began their education at Bhavan's Rajaji Vidyashram in Chennai from 1993 to 1999, where they completed LKG to 4th grade. Pranav then attended Bhavan's Adarsha Vidyalaya in Kakkanad, Cochin, from 2000 to 2006, completing 5th to 10th standard. Pranav then enrolled at Vijaya Ratna Junior College in Hyderabad from 2006 to 2008, pursuing a degree in Basic Sciences. Following this, from 2008 to 2013, Pranav attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where they pursued a Dual degree (BTech+MTech) in Chemical Engineering. Lastly, in 2019 to 2020, Pranav studied at Toronto Metropolitan University, pursuing a Masters in Data Science and Analytics.
