Tom Sicola

Tom Sicola is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, business coaching, and team development. As the owner of Sicola Insights Inc since August 2022, Tom specializes in aiding commercial real estate teams with account transitions and operational excellence. In parallel roles, Tom serves as a mental fitness coach with Positive Intelligence, a licensed facilitator for The Six Types of Working Genius, and a certified Trust Edge facilitator and trainer, all focused on enhancing leadership and team productivity. Previously at JLL, Tom held senior operational roles, leading teams and driving substantial process improvements, cost savings, and client satisfaction. Tom possesses a bachelor's degree in Control Systems Engineering, an MBA, and a Master's in Engineering Management, and has experience in reactor safety inspection and as a submarine officer in the United States Navy.
