Meghan Juday is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in family business governance and board leadership. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board at IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC. since 2004, Meghan has played a pivotal role on various committees, including Audit and Risk, Nominating and Governance, and Compensation and Culture. As a former Vice Chairman and Family Council Chair, Meghan facilitated the involvement of the 4th generation in governance processes and developed leadership opportunities. In addition, Meghan contributes as a board member and advisor for several organizations, including Northern Illinois University and The Sixth Level. With a strong background as a Family Business Consultant, Meghan specializes in governance, transition, and succession strategies, building frameworks that foster collaboration between family and business. Meghan holds a BA in Philosophy from St. John's College and has pursued executive education at Wharton.
