Kelli J. Bartlett

Kelli J. Bartlett is a seasoned executive in the beauty and wellness industry with extensive experience in practice growth, education, and artistry. Currently serving as the VP of Practice Growth at Skin Clique since July 2024, Kelli leads various teams in support of nearly 1,000 board-certified providers delivering customized skin treatments. Previously, as the VP of Education & Experience at Ever/Body, Kelli designed clinical operations and education structures to enhance training and development. At GLAMSQUAD, Kelli held multiple leadership roles, including Artistic Director and VP of Makeup & New Services, where Kelli J. directed artistic initiatives and established the makeup program prior to the app's launch. Kelli's career began at MAC Cosmetics, where roles as a Makeup Artist and 3rd Key Manager contributed to their expertise. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from New York University.
