Stephen Cole has had a progressive work experience, with their most recent role being Chief Technology Officer at The Smart Container Company since May 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Hardware Lead at the same company from September 2020 to May 2022. Before joining The Smart Container Company, Stephen worked at Sony from November 2015 to May 2020. During their time at Sony, they served as a Quality Manager from January 2018 to May 2020 and as a Production/Operations Manager from November 2015 to May 2020. Stephen also gained experience at Biomet, where they worked as a Quality Inspector from June 2015 to September 2015, and as an Engineering Administrator from December 2014 to June 2015.
Stephen Cole obtained a BEng degree in Materials Engineering from Swansea University, specializing in Materials Science. Stephen attended the university from 2010 to 2014.
