Samuel Gauci is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design and learning consultancy. Currently serving as Senior Design Manager at The Smarty Train since July 2023, Samuel also holds the position of Senior Learning Consultant at You Are Your Guru, where consultation for FTSE 100 companies, including Facebook, Virgin, and Google, showcases expertise in designing transformation programmes supported by data-driven outcomes. Previous roles include Senior Learning Designer at EduMe, Global Head Coach at Freeformers, and Training and Development Manager at Nestlé, where Samuel demonstrated leadership in coaching, training, and digital transformation initiatives. Samuel holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Drama from Queen Mary University of London, as well as an ICF Accreditation in Executive Coaching from the Robbins Madanes Center and formal training in acting from Rose Bruford College.
