Charmaine O Croy

Charmaine O Croy has extensive experience in the dental industry, with their most recent position being the Vice President of Integrations at The Smilist Management since October 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director of Operations at Light Wave Dental from December 2018 to October 2021. Before that, they held the position of Director of Operations at D4C DENTAL BRANDS, INC. from July 2015 to December 2018. Charmaine also worked as a Regional Director at Dental Care Alliance from June 2011 to July 2015, and as a Senior Practice Manager - Area Manager at Kool Smiles from June 2008 to May 2011. Charmaine O began their career at Liberty Pediatrics, where they worked as a Senior Practice Administrator from February 2001 to May 2008.

Charmaine O Croy pursued their education at the University of Guyana from 1986 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Following this, they continued their studies at ECPI University from 1994 to 1995, completing another Bachelor's degree in the same field of study.
