Lisa Pol is an experienced Change Manager with a strong background in driving HR and technology initiatives across various industries. Currently holding multiple Change Manager positions at The Smith Family since April 2021, Lisa has previously worked at CBRE | Host and Cushman & Wakefield, where responsibilities included managing client delivery and leading technology transformation projects. Lisa's extensive experience at JLL spanned several roles, including Business Change Manager and Regional Program Manager, where skills in stakeholder engagement, operational management, and project coordination were developed. Lisa's educational background includes an accreditation in Change Management from PROSCI and studies at the University of Technology Sydney and the University of Chicago.
