Ashlee Ginter

Ashlee Ginter currently serves as the Dean of Students and Building Administrator at The Smith School since August 2019, after previously holding the position of Middle School Math & Science Department Head and Lead Teacher. Prior experience includes roles as a Financial Processor and Vendor Correspondent at Sherwin-Williams from January 2018 to July 2019, a Teacher at the Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow from August 2015 to January 2018, and a Student Teaching Intern at Cleveland State University in the 2014-2015 academic year. Ashlee's career began at Continental Airlines, where service as a Flight Attendant took place from March 2007 to May 2012. Currently pursuing a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration at Fordham Graduate School of Education, Ashlee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Middle Childhood Education with a focus on Math and Science from Cleveland State University.
