Nicholas Warren

Nicholas Warren is a seasoned professional in the marine and ship repair industries, currently serving as Director of Commercial & Communications at The SMS Group since January 2018. This includes overseeing operations across various sectors such as Defence and Superyachts from multiple locations in the UK. Nicholas also holds the position of Director of Commercial & Communications at OverWater, managing the Typhoon 3000 jack-up barge, and serves as a Non-Exec Director at MarineGuard. In addition to these roles, Nicholas has extensive experience in family property investments through Warrprop Ltd and has previously contributed as a Non-Exec Director at The Humber Electrical Engineering Co.
