The Social Change Agency has a board of directors with a wide range of experiences and education backgrounds. The current managing director is from Localgiving, and previous directors have come from Yoti, UP - Unleashing Potential, Trumin, Future First, Lankelly Chase, and the Cabinet Office. The board also has experience with Outreach Manager at UnLtd, Associate Governor at St. Augustine's Secondary School, Governor at Bristol Grammar School, Advisor at Projected, Director at {{firstname}}, and Member of the Communications Working Group at the University of Cambridge. Furthermore, many members of the board have experience as Management Consultants in Financial Services from companies such as Infosys Consulting, State Street, Grant Thornton UK LLP, and Capco. Lastly, the board has several members who are Non Executive Directors including South Liverpool Homes Regeneration and Liverpool Community Health NHS Trust.
