Sabrina Cruz

Sabrina Cruz is an accomplished HR professional with over 17 years of experience in human resources management. Currently serving as HR Director for North America at The Social Element since June 2019, Sabrina has held various HR roles including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Sabrina worked at Universal Orlando from March 2006 to June 2019, where responsibilities included acting as an employee advocate and ensuring legal compliance while managing workforce dynamics. Sabrina also gained experience as an Operations Leader and Guest Service Manager at Walt Disney World. Sabrina holds a Master of Science in Hospitality & Tourism Management from the University of Central Florida, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Seton Hall University, and a high school diploma from Paramus Catholic High School.
