Djoeke Sprenger

Djoeke Sprenger is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at The Social Hub since September 2024, Djoeke previously held the position of Head of People at VanMoof from April 2021 to 2024. At Starbucks, from February 2012 to 2020, Djoeke was the Senior Manager HR for the EMEA region, overseeing human resources for multiple sectors including manufacturing and retail in the Netherlands. Earlier roles include HR Manager at ADC Performance Improvement B.V. and various positions at Adecco Netherlands, including Consultant. Djoeke holds a Master of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam, obtained between 1997 and 2003.
