Sebastien Wickert

Sebastien Wickert serves as the Director of Digital Transformation and Innovation at Colas USA since June 2018, leading initiatives within a major materials and road construction organization. Additionally, since March 2019, Sebastien has contributed as the LA Chapter Leader for The Society for Construction Solutions, facilitating technological advancement in the construction industry. Previously, from January 2013 to June 2018, Sebastien was the Head of Innovation and Strategic Partnerships at Winnovation, the innovation hub of Bouygues, a global conglomerate. Sebastien's career in the Bouygues group also includes a role as Business Development Manager at Bouygues Telecom from January 2006 to December 2012, where key projects and innovations significantly impacted digital transformation. Sebastien holds a Master’s in Computer Science from UTBM and a BS in Network and Telecommunication from Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar.
