Will Hartwell

Will Hartwell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Will has worked as a Commercial Director at Solent Group since 2020, where they are responsible for leading a commercial team and managing retail accounts. Prior to that, they worked at Kondor Ltd in various roles, including Head of Channel and Senior National Account Manager, where they had full P&L accountability and managed major retail accounts. Will also has experience as a Marketing Campaign Coordinator at RNLI and as a Business Development Executive at CPM UK. Earlier in their career, they gained hands-on experience in business management as an Assistant Manager at Urban Reef Bar & Restaurant. Overall, Will Hartwell has a strong background in sales, account management, and leadership roles.
