Luann Meyer

Luann Meyer has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of environmental management. Luann is currently working at Barton & Loguidice as an Associate, where they started in January 2022. Previously, they held the role of Senior Project Manager at the same company from July 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining Barton & Loguidice, Luann served as the Chapter President for the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) New York Chapter from October 2019, and their role is ongoing.

Luann's earlier experience includes working as a Technical Program Coordinator at the Federation of New York Solid Waste Associations since 2008, and as a Solid Waste Administrator at Monroe County from June 2017 to July 2020.

Luann has also been involved with SWANA as a Board Member and New York Director to the International Board from October 2015 to June 2019.

Furthermore, Luann worked as a Project Manager/Environmental Scientist at both Barton and Loguidice (2011-2017) and Stantec Consulting (2001-2011). In these roles, they gained extensive experience in various environmental projects, including solid waste management, site assessments, and landfill permitting projects.

Luann's work experience also involves serving as an Intern at Monroe County's Pure Waters program from March 2000 to September 2000, while they were a student at Rochester Institute of Technology from 1997 to 2001.

Luann Meyer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
