Erik Hancock has extensive experience in maintenance management, currently serving as a Maintenance Technician at CLM Midwest since June 2019 and as a Maintenance Manager for The Solomon Organization and Village Green since early 2019 and April 2005, respectively. Prior roles include Maintenance Manager at Edwards Communities Management Company and Nationwide Realty Investors, where Erik managed the maintenance department for multiple high-rise apartment complexes in downtown Columbus, Ohio. Additionally, Erik held the position of Senior Service Technician at Peak Property Group for a brief period in 2015 and worked as a Maintenance Manager at Lincoln Property Company from June 2000 to March 2005. Erik completed high school education in Port Charlotte, FL, from 1984 to 1987.
