Sobichan Joseph is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting within the IT sector, particularly in Dynamics solutions. As the Co-Founder and Managing Director of The Solution Consulting FZCO since November 2016, Sobichan aims to deliver high-quality services and empower consultants. Previous roles include Project Manager at Adrem Technologies, where Sobichan led an enterprise-level Dynamics ERP project, and at Intwo, successfully managing multiple Dynamics AX projects across the Middle East. Sobichan began a career in the IT industry as a Functional Lead at Dhanush Infotech, after contributing to the establishment of SOPs as a Polymer Technologist at Suraksha Products Pvt Ltd.
