Valerie Smith

Valerie Smith has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Valerie is currently the Chief Executive Officer at The Solution for Association Management since July 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President from February 2021 to July 2023. In the same year, they also became the Executive Director at Our FAMP (Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals) and the National Director at IAFL: International Academy of Family Lawyers. Valerie Smith had a long tenure as the Managing Director at Young Actors Theatre from 1998 to February 2021, where they oversaw daily operations, served as a liaison, and handled grant writing and compliance. Valerie also worked as a Chapter Relations employee at Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA) from 2002 to 2004. Valerie began their career as a teacher at Leon County Schools from 1991 to 1998.
