Dr. Okoye is an experienced teacher, technology integrator, and researcher who has both taught and led professional development efforts in both university and K-12 environments. Her areas of expertise include technology integration in K-12 settings as well as developmental reading and writing. She holds a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership from Regent University.
