Job description

About us:

BridgeCare believes in making great technology publicly available, accessible, and easy to use.

We are a small, women-led, hardworking team of technologists who make the system of child care work. We believe every child should have access to excellent early childhood education, every person should be able to pursue purpose and enjoy family, and every provider should be valued as an educator. The BridgeCare team does this by providing a user-experience-driven technology suite designed to create a functional, effective early childhood education system.

BridgeCare’s software is a white-label data and case management system for government agencies in the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) sector.  It is made for organizations that support parents and ECCE providers, primarily licensed child care and public preschool programs.

BridgeCare's software is customized to meet the unique needs of the ECCE sector:

Increases family access to, and enrollment in, affordable child care

Supports child care providers with marketing programs, managing enrollment, and maintaining licensing status

Provides fully integrated government agency solutions to reduce administrative burdens

Gives real-time data insights for more effective policy and resource decision making

There has never been a more exciting time to get involved with the childcare industry. Sparked by the pandemic, the US is making significant systematic progress towards increased access to early childhood education and care. This sector received $50B in stimulus funding and is experiencing rapid innovation and progress.

We are innovative, collaborative, and autonomous.

BridgeCare’s team is built on trust. We are a small team that works hard and relies on each other. We value autonomy and taking initiative, but we also believe in supporting one another, working together, and having a healthy work/life balance.

We offer flexibility and can generally support each individual’s needs and preferences around scheduling as long as there is clear, proactive communication and commitments are met. We pay a living wage with benefits that meet individual needs
