Erin Medeiros

Erin Medeiros has been working in the recruitment field for over 10 years. Erin started their career as a Business Manager at Macy's, where they were responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store. In 2012, they transitioned into the role of Director of Career Services at Premier Education Group. In this role, Erin was responsible for helping students find employment after graduation. In 2013, Erin became the Director of Career Services at ITT Technical Institute. In this role, they helped students find jobs in their field of study. In 2016, Erin left ITT Technical Institute to become the Regional Recruitment Manager at ESS | Source4Teachers. In this role, Erin was responsible for recruiting and hiring K-12 school district personnel, including substitute teachers, school aides, and other school support staff. In June 2021, Erin left ESS | Source4Teachers to become a Recruiter at The Sourcery.

Erin Medeiros is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies. Erin went on to earn their Master of Arts in Communications-Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.

Erin Medeiros reports to Matt Abbott, General Manager. They work with Victoria Velez - Director of Operations, Anthony Lynch - Recruiter, and Anisha Rassai - Recruiter.
