Abdulrahman Jandal Alrifai currently serves as On-site Quality Manager and On-site Quality Advisor at The Spearhead Group, Inc., since April 2019. With extensive experience from various roles in quality management and auditing across multiple industries, Abdulrahman has worked with companies such as Jana Development, Vista, Statistics Center Abu Dhabi, and Abu Dhabi Pensions Fund, focusing on ISO management systems, EHS, and HACCP. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry/Biology from the University of Sana'a and numerous certifications in fields such as international business, food safety, and occupational health and safety. Abdulrahman has a solid background in milling and quality control, having worked in positions such as Chief Miller/Chemist at National Flour Mills and Quality Control Chemist at Al Ghurair Investment.
