Raymond Decarlo

Raymond DeCarlo has extensive experience in the packaging industry, with a focus on sourcing and identifying industry leaders. Raymond currently holds the position of Head of Domestic Sourcing & Pioneer Relations at The Spearhead Group, where they are responsible for leading the Spearhead Pioneer Program in the US. Additionally, Raymond is a member of The Spearhead Group Advisory Board. Prior to their current role, Raymond served as the President of RDC Sourcing and worked as a National Accounts Manager at CMI Plastics. Raymond also held the position of Account Executive at HUB Folding Box and was the Sr Director-Sales and Marketing at Color Optics, Inc.
