Micah Coston

Micah Coston is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in executive search, education, marketing, and communications. Currently a Partner at Spencer Group since March 2022, Micah also serves as the Head of Innovation in Education Practice and a Senior Executive Search Consultant, previously holding roles at Perrett Laver and Carnelian Search. Micah's marketing expertise includes managing online platforms and social media strategies for Illyria Pottery and LA-EVA, alongside a decade of experience in educational roles at prestigious institutions such as the University of Oxford. Micah holds a DPhil in English Literature from the University of Oxford and has a strong foundation in the arts with degrees from Bob Jones University.
