Megan Scott is currently a Senior Editor at The Spruce and has been working as the co-author, editor, and steward at The Joy of Cooking since September 2010. Prior to their current roles, Megan served as the Senior Culinary Director at Heart Creative, Assistant Pastry Chef at Irving Street Kitchen, Business Owner at Little Blue Baking Company, Cheese Maker at Spinning Spider Creamery, and Baker at Greenlife Grocery. Throughout their career, Megan has developed original recipes, collaborated with colleagues, and managed various aspects of food-related businesses.
