Grants Program Administrator at City of Saint Paul

Beth Ulrich has extensive experience in grants administration and project management, currently serving as Grants Program Administrator and Principal Project Manager for the City of Saint Paul since December 2018. In addition, Beth Ulrich holds the position of President at the City of Saint Paul Professional Employees Association since January 2024. Prior roles at the City of Saint Paul include Grants Manager, Project Manager, and Loan Specialist from June 1997 to January 2018. Beth Ulrich has also contributed as a Commissioner for both the Maplewood Housing and Economic Development Commission (January 2013 - December 2014) and the Maplewood Business and Economic Development Commission (January 2010 - January 2013), as well as Vice Chair/Secretary of the Maplewood HRA from 1998 to January 2013. Earlier in their career, Beth Ulrich worked as a Loan Coordinator at Green Tree Financial Corporation from 1990 to 1997.
