Sarah Haas

Sarah Haas, MPH, has extensive experience in public health and program administration, currently serving as the Solid Waste and Recycling Program Administrator for the City of Saint Paul since November 2019. Previous roles include Solid Waste Supervisor and Solid Waste Program Specialist within the same department, and Grants Coordinator at Face to Face Health & Counseling. Sarah has also provided consulting services with HEP Consulting, specializing in public health project development. A former Health Education Specialist with the Peace Corps, Sarah developed health lessons and trained adults in the Republic of Moldova. Additional experience includes roles as an intervention specialist and project coordinator at the University of Minnesota, health educator for Ramsey County, and eligibility specialist for Washington County. Sarah holds a Master of Public Health degree with a focus on Administration and Policy from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Metro State University.
