Monica Quinteros is an experienced hospitality professional with a career spanning over a decade in high-end dining service. Currently serving as a Private Dining Server at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort since March 2012, Monica previously honed skills as an In-Room Dining Server at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from June 2010 to March 2012 and at Loews Hotels & Co from April 2005 to June 2010. Monica holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Office Management and Supervision from Miami Dade College, completed between 2014 and 2015.
