Laurent Vasseur

Laurent Vasseur has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the General Manager of J&G Grill at St. Regis Hotel since November 2011. Prior to this role, Laurent held the position of General Manager at Manzanita Restaurant with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC from September 2009 to October 2011. Laurent's earlier career includes serving as Restaurant and Outlet Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Sarasota from 2006 to 2009, General Manager at Harry's on Hanover and Bayards from 2001 to 2006, and Maitre D' at Balthazar restaurant from 1997 to 2000.
