Caroline Baraya

Caroline Baraya has an extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Caroline is currently the Head of Casino & CRM Marketing at The Star Entertainment Group, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of CRM at the same company from August 2018 to January 2023. Before joining The Star Entertainment Group, Caroline worked at Citi as the Vice President Marketing from March 2017 to July 2018. Caroline also has experience in the retail industry, having worked at Woolworths Limited as the Senior Manager Cards & Payments Marketing from August 2015 to February 2017, and as the Senior Loyalty & CRM Manager from April 2012 to August 2015. Caroline has also held senior marketing positions at Qantas Frequent Flyer (Loyalty), AAPT, Westpac, and American Express. Caroline started their career at Pinpoint Marketing as an Assistant Manager in 2002.

Caroline Baraya obtained a B.Com degree in Economics & Marketing from Western Sydney University, where they studied from 1999 to 2001.
