Desmond Ho (

Desmond Ho has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. In their current role as Senior Vice President of International Marketing at The Star Entertainment Group, they are responsible for developing strategic sales plans and managing a sales team to achieve consistent sales growth. Desmond has also served as Vice President and Director of International Marketing, where they actively managed sales and marketing activities and developed strategies to capture market segments. Prior to this, they worked at Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd as a Paiza Relations Executive and VIP Host, where they maintained good relationships with premium players and ensured their enjoyable gaming experience. Desmond also has experience in education and sales. In the Singapore Armed Forces, they served as a Tank Commander Instructor, teaching gunnery skills and giving presentations to foreign generals and students.

Desmond Ho completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Anderson Junior College from 2000 to 2001 for their GCE A Levels. Desmond began their secondary education at Xinmin Secondary School from 1996 to 1999.
